Can the Smart Plug be used outdoors?

The U-tec smart plug is designed for indoor use only. It can operate within a temperature range of F to F.

What is Child Mode?

Child Mode restricts the Smart Plug's operation to the U home app, preventing kids from turning it On/Off accidentally. However, it's important to note that Child Mode doesn't ensure child safety; you should still childproof electrical outlets to prevent accidents.

Do I need a hub for U-tec Smart Plug?

Nope! Just a 2.4GHz WiFi connection. Easy peasy.
