What can I do if my fingerprint verification fails too often in Ultraloq UL3 smart lever lock?

1. Follow the instruction below when you scan your finger.

2. If problem still exists, you can delete your ID and enroll your fingerprint again;

3. We recommend each user to enroll at least two fingerprints, the thumb or forefinger in particular.
