How to solve the Jamming issue for U-Bolt/U-Bolt Pro?
If you get the Jamming error in U-tec App for U-Bolt/Bolt Pro, please do the below troubleshootings.
Step 1. Open the door to check if there is the Jamming error in the App.
If No, please check the depth of theh frame's hole, it must be more than 1''.
If Yes, please continue the below.
Step 2. Change 4 pieces brand new alkaline batteries.
Step 3. Upgrade the lock's firmware to V1.30 and above. Please go to U-tec App > Setting > Firmware.
Step 4. Confirm left 2 pieces out of the mounting plate (see following picture). If not, please have to cut.
